LUKE KHOMERIKI
I read a graffiti once: "Art is our only salvation from the horror of existence." Sounds about right. Now, to bio and such:
I was born in Georgia (Rep. of), grew up in Massachusetts, and went to school for Photography, Film Production, and English.
I studied photography under Peter Laytin (link), one of the toughest teachers I've ever had, who, with his excruciating attention to detail, and focus on photographic storytelling, made me fall in love with the field.
I like photographing people, because aside the fact that it's a lot of fun, I also get a considerable amount of artistic satisfaction by capturing fleeting moments, especially when they're interesting.
